Run Up On It
Tajai and Casual scrap on this cut which made its way onto the Knockout Kings 2001 video game for Sony PS1 and Playstation2. The game, created by EA Sports, features a full roster of hiphop artists and it's dope to see yet another Hiero song make its way into an interactive experience once again. 2001.

Think
Produced by Domino, and originally recorded for "3rd Eye Vision" this one got cut from the final version. Features Opio, Del & Phesto on lyrics. Sound quality's kinda rough, but we cleaned it up as best as possible. Thanks to Hassan for passing the cut along. 1998.

Domino Says: "This beat just never came together for me. The drum program was just too choppy and most cats including myself didnt feel it so it was scrapped."

You Never Knew (Alternate Version Feat. Snupe of Extra Prolific)
"You Never Knew" made it onto "3rd Eye Vision" and later became the first video from off the album. But originally, Snupe of Extra Prolific had a verse before he left the group. Due to musical differences, Snupe's verse was removed from the final version that appeared on the album. Here for you above is the original version featuring Snupe. Sound quality's kinda rough, but we cleaned it up as best as possible. Thanks to Hassan for passing the cut along. 1998.

Bubble Up
Ahhh, this is one of the songs that will hopefully appear on a future version of Hiero Oldies. This was originally recorded for "3rd Eye Vision" but got scrapped due to Snupe's inclusion on the song, who later left Hieroglyphics over musical differences. Features Casual, Snupe, and Pep & Tajai on chorus, and was produced by Casual himself. Sound quality's kinda rough, but we cleaned it up as best as possible. Thanks to Hassan for passing the cut along. 1998.

Snupe
Everyone on the "3rd Eye Vision" album had their own little song named after themselves. Here's Snupe of Extra Prolific's (produced by Domino) which did not appear on the album due to his leaving the group. Sound quality's kinda rough, but we cleaned it up as best as possible. Thanks to Hassan for passing the cut along. 1998.

Hydra
This song is classic, classic Hiero and should without a doubt somehow make it onto a future Hiero Oldies compilation. Produced by Casual, the beat's especially mellow, with A-Plus singing a 'crazy'-ass chorus. Opio, A-Plus, Del, Tajai, & Casual on rhyming duty. Originally recorded for "3rd Eye Vision". Sound quality's kinda rough, but we cleaned it up as best as possible. Thanks to Hassan for passing the cut along. 1998.

Domino Says: "I really wanted this to go on the album but the reason it didnt is because the song is about being a person with multiple personalities (all 5 emcees represent one person). We felt it needed an intro skit that would explain the song's meaning but when that didnt come together the song fell out of favor."

Casual (Alternate)
This is the alternate version of Casual's personal song on "3rd Eye Vision", produced by Domino. Sound quality's kinda rough, but we cleaned it up as best as possible. Thanks to Hassan for passing the cut along. 1998.

Domino Says: "Casual didnt like how it came out and did the version that was on the album."

No Joke
This song starts off with the verse Casual chose as his personal song for the final version of "3rd Eye Vision". This track features Cas, PepLove, A-Plus, and Snupe of Extra Prolific. This is somewhat of a mystery song as Domino has stated it was in fact NOT recorded for 3EV...We'll leave it here for the time being. Sound quality's kinda rough, but we cleaned it up as best as possible. Thanks to Hassan for passing the cut along. 1998.

Hittin Corners
Produced by Snupe of Extra Prolific, this one totally bumps. Featuring PepLove and Snupe on some back and forth, this cut was originally record for "3rd Eye Vision" but was cut when Snupe left the group over musical differences. Still a chance it could pop up in a future version of 'Hiero Oldies'. Sound quality's kinda rough, but we cleaned it up as best as possible. Thanks to Hassan for passing the cut along. 1998.

HEAT
This could very well be considered the cut that capped off the era of "3rd Eye Vision". Appearing as an exclusive B-Side to the 3rd and final single off "3EV", this Casual-produced cut features every emcee in the Hiero crew exchanging lyrics, and is very reminecent of the aptly named predecessor cut, "Burnt". Find it in the Emporium. 1998.

Off the Record
One of the first tracks visitors of Hieroglyphics Dot Com first had the chance of hearing back in 1997 before 3rd Eye's release. This cut featured a flurry of Hiero artists, accompanied by introductions by former Hiero emcee, Snupe of Extra Prolific. The cut can now be found on "3rd Eye Vision" available now in the Emporium. 1997.

Oakland Blackouts
This cut featuring Del & Opio was originally recorded for Del's 3rd alum, "Future Development". While the aforementioned album was in limbo due to disputes at Elektra, the track was slightly re-recorded with a different bassline and end scratches for inclusion on the "Family Album" AKA "3rd Eye Vision". Get it now in the Emporium. 1995.

Three Emcees
From the first Industry Records Copilation, "Beats and Lyrics", this cut, produced by DJ EQ, features Casual, Del and X-Zibit from Tha Likwit Crew, L.A. Not quite a "Hieroglyphics" cut per se, but it came out around the same time as "3rd Eye Vision" and can be constituted as one of the gorup's "rebirth" songs. 1997.
