Despite the progress made on his next album, Del has decided not to publish it through the Elektra Recording Group. I am not allowed to disclose too many details on the decesion, but be sure to check back soon as more information becomes available.
What do you think of the current trend of going back to the 'roots' of hip-hop? The sudden urge to go independent seems prominent, not only for Hieroglyphics, but for many hip-hop groups as well. Do you think Hiero is doing the right thing by not being held back by large labels, or are they phucking up? Talk about it at our Bulletin Board.
