Del's "Future Development" will no doubt be sold to the masses; it's just going to be a matter of time/waiting. The album will be sold online first, and then may be put out on an independent label and sold to record stores, etc. You heads online are guranteed to get it, so don't even sweat it! The matter, in fact, is currently being discussed by the Hiero crew this week. We all see your posts on The Bulletin Board, and we appreciate it!
