A: Not if you want speedy delivery. Sending Registered Mail or Express Mail to a P.O. BOX causes a lot of hiccups for all parties, and is not a pleasent situation. If you want your order to come as soon as possible, please send your payment via standard mail.

Q: I was just wondering how come you don't have Souls of Mischief "FOCUS" Del "Future Development",Casual "Meanwhile" on CD. I really don't have a tape player to play them in and I would buy these in a second if they were available in CD format.
A: Hiero has made a conscious effort to distinguish underground releases ("Future Development", "Meanwhile" and to a lesser extent "FOCUS") from true Hiero releases ("3rd Eye Vision", "Both Sides of the Brain", etc.). In doing this, it was in our best thoughts to keep the underground shit on an underground medium: Cassettes. At this time, Hieroglyphics does not have any intention of transferring the cassettes to Compact Disc.

Q: I'm a WebTV user and my shopping cart keeps clearing when I go to check out. What's the deal?
A: Unfortunately, the WebTV browser can not handle the shopping cart code and malfunctions. What you'll need to do is write down on a piece of paper the items you want to purchase including: Name of Item, Product ID#, and Price and email your order to the Sales Department. Hopefully Microsoft will fix any problems in the next WebTV upgrade.

Q: I'm from Planet Blipnode. Do you accept my planet's currency?
A: NO. We can only accept funds in U.S. Dollars.

Q: Will UPS deliver to PO Boxes, Airforce Bases or any of my other nonresidential/business hangouts?
A: NO. The Hiero Emporium can only mail items via UPS to residential or business addresses. We CAN NOT mail to Air Force bases, P.O. Boxes, Military Installations, etc. If you wish to receive items at addresses like these, we suggest U.S. Postal Mail.

A: PLEASE re-check ALL your information before hitting the final button in the checkout process. Failure to do so results in delayed ordering which means you have to wait that much longer for your goods. Check and double check your info!!

A: Nope! In fact, you don't get a lollipop at all if this happens. You won't even get your goods if you do not sign your check/money order. At least not for a while. Failure to sign your check or money order delays the delivery of your goods a considerable amount, so please be sure to do so!
